Our History
Our business was founded with a simple but powerful purpose: to provide families with a more personal, compassionate approach to funeral care at a time when they need it most. From the very beginning, the focus was on dignity, understanding, and taking the pressure away from people during one of life’s most difficult moments.
Nathan founded this new business with a clear vision: to do things differently and place families firmly at the centre of everything we do. Drawing on his experience and a deep commitment to caring for people in times of loss, he set out to create a service that feels more human, more accessible, and more supportive than the traditional model. As a multi-award-winning professional recognised for his work within the community, Nathan brings both expertise and compassion to the way the business has been shaped from the very beginning.
Now serving as Managing Director and Principal Funeral Director, Nathan leads the business at its launch stage with a strong focus on values rather than volume. He remains closely involved in every aspect of care, ensuring that each family receives thoughtful guidance, respect, and professionalism from the very first conversation. Built on trust, compassion, and community connection, the business begins its journey with a commitment to supporting families with dignity, reassurance, and genuine care when it matters most.
